D Premier ‘leaking’ ? - Marc - 12-May-2020

Today I noticed that my D premier appears to leak some oily substance. Mainly on the rear and bottom plate. On opening up I couldnt exactly pinpoint where it came from.

Amybody else have this issue? Or a suggestion on what may cause this?

Most likely from the thermal pad between the bottom cover and circuit board. Not dangerous, but should be replaced. Can also be from an electrolytic capacitor in the power supply (in which case it would smell). That is not so good. Send a message to Devialet support and ask.

The thermal pad most likely and thanks. I should have done a search on this forum instead of just googling before posting...
