The only update I can see is about new SAM profiles they created. In fact they still try to create new SAM profiles monthly.

During September 2020, they created SAM profile for:

Sonus Faber Olympica Nova I
Sonus Faber Olympica Nova II
Sonus Faber Olympica Nova III
Piega Premium 501
Piega Premium 701
Penaudio Alba Signature
Penaudio Lumi
Penaudio Talvi

So they didn't totally give up about expert pro line even if, of course, we expect much more for the price and the promises that were made before the management changed.

I don’t think they give up, they just think there is nothing really important to update. They think the current functionality Expert Pro provided is still pretty good. In fact it’s true.

But still, I hope they can fix their Expert remote app on iOS which currently not working. They fixed for phantom one already.

Well, from my side, what I expect from devialet is:
An update of Devialet Air. Actual version makes Window 10 instable....
Ability to stream Qobuz directly to the devialet like spotify connect
Ability to configure the devialet without using devialet website and SD Card process....
We are in 2020, right?

Oh dear I have just had a notification saying my IPad will automatically update TO iOS14 tonight. This means I will lose the remote control app all together.
Is there any way I can stop this happening. I have already disabled automatic updates so not sure why this is happening

Expect April 1st 2021 to have a working Expert remote app. In line with their new Expert upgrade. Expect also this to be delayed :-)

I do hope though that I'm wrong as I also used the Expert app a lot.

Just received a reply from Devialet on the timeline. Please expect a few more weeks  :s  


I have just received the update our engineers are working on an iOS 14 compatible version, 
Thus please wait for a couple more weeks before availability.

Hi Womaz,

Deactivate automatic iOS update

Open Settings
Go to General
Go to software updates
Automatic updates>
Here you can activate "Download iOS updates". The iPhone downloads updates automatically via the WiFi. Leave Install iOS updates disabled, however, so that there are no nasty surprises and you decide when to install an iOS update. Wink
