Flashing dB icon - Saunter - 30-Nov-2020 Hello, I have had a strange thing happen and don't know how to fix it. I have an Oppo BluRay player hooked up to my master (Expert 400) using optical connection. It has been this way for soem time and always worked without a hitch. My ROON ROCK NUC is connected via direct Ethernet and works just fine. It always has. Today i cleaned behind the equipment cabinet, replugged everything in exactly as before but now when tring to listen via the Oppo to a disk or to a movie all i get is Static and a red flashing dB icon on the slave. Only the slave, the master behaves normally. It seems to me like a communication problem between the units. Any idea what's up ? The amps are fine since i can play music from the NUC just fine. I am kind baffled. I have also tried a different optical cable just in case i damaged it during re connection after cleaning. Same result. Thanks if anyone has a clue to help. James |
