Cloudy menu screen - Dan - 18-Feb-2021

One of my 250 Pro CI menu screens has become cloudy from certain angles. Is this fixable? Covered under warranty?

I had this issue a few months back. Get in touch with Devialet Support & they'll ship it to France for repairs. Its Covid time so expect to be without an amp for 1 month or more.

And here's what to expect once your amp is back. They'll replace the entire OLED display unit on the motherboard so the amp with the "new one" will be much brighter than the other one. Since your two 250s have slightly different chassis colours, its still ok. But on my 220s thats actually a 440, it looks odd but do we have a choice ?   Blush

Good to know - I’ve been ok with it but if I sell them the new owner will have to decide I guess.

Anyone know if Devialet pay for the shipping to return the amp for work under warranty? I had an issue 3 years ago and as I recall they paid for and sent me labels/custom's papers etc.
