A registered product with that serial number already exists. - dogbait - 14-Feb-2015 Just bought a used Devialet, owner passed on the original purchase receipt. However when I go to the online configurator to add the product I get the message "A registered product with that serial number already exists." Do I need to call Devialet to resolve this?
