Master 250 Ex pro + (old) 250 companion make a 1000? - Marc - 30-Mar-2022 Silly question, but has anyone tried to combine a new 250 expert pro with older (non upgrade) 250 as companion to make a 1000 (or 900)? Since I have both I could try it, but if has been tried and doesn’t work, I won’t bother. I recon I won’t break anything, it either works or it doesn’t. …Right Master 250 Ex pro + (old) 250 companion make a 1000? - ghosttipper - 31-Mar-2022 No, both units must be technical equal , software the same . Try the companion config created for an old 250 pair. If you're lucky that may work. The two amplifiers sound different, you'll probably notice. If there is a level difference the balance control should take care of that. Good luck! I would try to use both units in Stereo mode, one powering the bass, the other the highs. |
