Hi,

I am using Mconnect and Qobuz to stream music. I have chosen Mconnect because it uses Upnp and it doesn't compress the sound in any form.

I have a pair of Devialet Phantom I, and not all sounds/music are played correctly.

The Phantom model can only read HI-RES music (24-bit/96) with UpnP for instance. Above it will start to lag.

You need to have a look in your parameters, to see which resolution, Apple Music or Tidal is using, to be able to compare

MConnect is an app that can be used to stream music from Tidal to supported devices (like network streamers or DACs). The way MConnect handles the streaming of Hi-Res audio might provide an advantage, such as reducing latency, improving signal integrity, or leveraging network optimization features in the streaming process.

In my case Apple Music trough a Mac Mini M2 sounds similar to Qobuz over UPnP remoted by Mconnect
