It was discussed at the Astra launch event held at Oxford Audio Consultants, in the context of Astra (obviously).
On the contrary, according to M Pernot it is not easy to implement because (to summarise) "Qobuz Connect is just a remote control mechanism and is not analogous to Tidal Connect or Spotify Connect".
