Pairing remote - Mohmm - 15-Apr-2026
I just received and set up my new Ultimates and a remote. I charged the remote but holding it close to a speaker does nothing. The remote won't pair. Does anybody have eexperience with a "stubborn" remote?

Same here I couldn’t get this to work either.
In the end I had to reset the remote - press and hold forward and reverse for 3 seconds.
In the Devialet app activate Bluetooth and connect to the remote - name is pretty obvious.
Been working ever since.
Never got holding the remote near the Ultimates to work.
