Hi all - I've checked with our ISP and they say they're not using Dell SonicWALL at all and they don't know what's causing the blocking. They're willing to check logs on their side though so you're welcome to PM me your source IP address(es) so our ISP can check. A tool like https://www.whatismyip.com/ will tell you your current source IP address.
