I have heard the MBL speakers before and they are extremely fine transducers. Unfortunately, they are perhaps the worst possible choice for use with BAACH due to their omni-directional radiation. According to theory (and the Q & A on the Theoretica website), very directional speakers like QUAD ESLs and horns work best with this technology. In his home, Edgar Choueiri uses the Sanders electrostatics with the rear wave absorbed.

I should be getting my BACCH4Mac unit soon and will be happy to share my results with this group. I will be using Dunlavy SCVs in a very absorbent room.
