Depends on how neat you want to do it. There’s many products available for this. Easiest and to quickly test would probably be using some copper wire underneath one of the outside screws of your AVR and connecting the other end to the wall outlet/power distributor ground, you can use a surplus, cheap power cord for example and only use the ground wire inside. Or just try a piece of wire and connect it to Devialets grounding screw. You could also use something like this: https://www.audioquest.com/accessories/v...saturn-psc

It’s best to experiment as grounding issues can sometimes be difficult to understand/diagnose. Do search around a bit using Google for more ideas. Fortunately I’m not suffering from these kind of issues so I have no direct experience.
