Remote App does not work

Check also the wifi band, 2.4 or 5GHz.
FYI, I can control the Devialet only with my iPad/iPhone when they are on the 2.4GHz band on my LiveBox...

Thanks the iPad is on the 5GHz band. I'll leave it there and just use the iPhone from time to time. I don't usually change settings while listening so not having a display is only a minor inconvenience.

I think my problem is with Wifi. When I plugged the ethernet cable, the remote app works. I am also unable to stream over Wifi so it proves that this is the problem.
