The Devialet website has been down for the whole weekend and still isn't working. Does anybody know what's going on? Contacted support this morning, no reply yet.
Living room: Kii Three/BXT with Control.
Den: Tannoy Precision 8 iDP with TS112 iDP subwoofer.
In the cupboard, waiting for a sibling: 1st gen. Phantom Silver running DOS1

Yep the site is working fine.

I guess it's your dns cache?

From a command prompt type this: ipconfig /flushdns

Then try the website again.

Based on the fact that I can get in and so can ragwo the problem definitely lies with your computer.

I actually did a configuration update on Sunday 11th - No issues at all.

Thanks for the replies. Flushed cache on my cell phone, still error message in French. Can access the Devialet store though. On a computer everything is OK. As bit strange.

Hi Ragwo, I had the same issue some time back. Contacted devialet support, but they confirmed everything was working fine at their end. tried searching online and found that the de.devialet site was opening fine. Also noted that the de.devialet site started with https:// instead of the http:// protocol for the en.devialet site. Took a chance typed out https://en.devialet and the site opened without any issue.
Try it out. hope it works for you.
