There is: you'd need to allocate your left channel Phantom to a room and your right Phantom to another room. Room volumes can be set independently (only in desktop/laptop versions of Spark).
Once set, the "balance" would remain until you change the volume in mobile Spark or remote.
If you use Sonos out to control your music as some of us do, then you can control the Master volume in Sonos while your "balance" remains unchanged.
hope it helps.

Now that is clever thinking!!!

No more sitting awkwardly in a gap on my sofa to hit the sweet spot! Wink

Wouldn't you miss out on stereo between the phantoms if they are effectively setup in different rooms...even if they aren't  physically?

As long as you properly set up 1 on left stereo and the other on right stereo, it doesn't matter if they are allocated to different rooms (and of course the 2 rooms need to be merged before your stream music).

I have four Phantoms in two different rooms and I merge them sometimes. Then all of them are attached to one room with only one volume control for both Phantom stereo pairs. Or is there a feature I do not know?

Yes, there is. But only on the desktop versions of Spark. When you go to rooms (on the right of PLAYING IN there is a left and right arrow pair, press on the arrows brings you to Rooms). Now on bottom right next to the 'mute' button there is a button that looks like an antenna. When you press this button you can control individual volumes of merged rooms. Voila! Unfortunately, this very useful function has been removed on theAndroid and IOS versions of Spark. It existed prior to version 1.2. Let's hope Devialet will bring this feature back once improved multi-room and Speaker modes get implemented (5.1, 7.1 etc.)

Thank you for this very useful hint. I have missed this function many times.

thanks to you all - it still works - lets hope that balance will a part of the update .... and even better if the tuning of the balance is independend from the volumen .. so you can set the balance for your setting and it will be maintain independent for the volumen ..... lets hope
