Hi you confirmed 3000EUR for the case????

3000 EUR will be nearly the price for the Pro upgrade

Or you're probably close to the price of a second hand one that you can then put on top of the scratched one for a dual mono set-up. More power and scratch out of sight.  Smile

I am having a mono block now.

I think replacing chassis should be few hundred dollars for each. They might be more expressive to make than the motherboard but the motherboard has more intelligent and patterns on it, values differently.

Well, we know Devialet value the internals (which is identical for all models) at about £3k per box for upgrades - which includes shipping and factory time for the swap. So for simplicity let's swap this time and cost for the remote and packaging.

That means the cases for each style are retail valued at:

D220 £6,990-3000 = £3,990
D250Pro £12,490-3000 = £9,490

No I don't think it will be valued like that.

And the internal isn't identical for all models. I think Devialet has two different internal types: 130,220,440 and then 250,1000.

Most likely it will be few hundred dollars for each case.

Yes, Devialet's customer service replied to me a few months ago that it costs 3000 euros to change the chassis.

They don't - all internals are identical.

I'm not talking about what they cost but the retail value. The numbers are the numbers.

You mean from 130 Pro to 1000Pro the internal is 100% same?????

What limits the power watt then? Software?

3000 euros for one chassis change. I don't know the price in dollars. Perhaps you should ask it from the Devialet's customer service?

Yes, according to Devialet. And Yes (firmware). The latter allegedly to protect the cases from overheating.
