This is the eMail I sent to my HiFi Dealer, he is going to pass it on to the head of UK sales...
Just a wee update on the world of Devialet, this was in the eMail I received from them:
Within a few days, you will receive the casing and cardboard box so your Expert reaches our workshop safely. Your UPS label will be sent to you 24h/48h after receipt of the packagings Please call UPS (phone number can be found on the UPS label) directly to schedule collection, between 2016-11-11 and 2016-11-17.
So far no boxes or UPS thing
Incredibly shoddy customer service, and from the forums it has always been like this, not sure why they haven't done anything about it yet, it's been ages!
