Nothing ofcourse. Don't get this. Yes, the Pro has a slight edge in SQ. But at a premium price. I feel the Expert range Devialets are still very good sounding systems. They are by no means obsolete, just because there is a new kid on the block. Matching with the rest of your set is important as always and the impedance of your speakers for one will tell you which one to chose. If you want to buy smart, buy an Expert and wait a few years for the next upgrade like some recent D-premier owners did.
