Hello, had the same problems with signing up! Option Forgotten password selected, 2 minutes later came a mail with link to change the password! My old password entered and already it goes again! Languages ​​chaos, english french everything mixed Angry

They must hust have sorted this out in the interim...I was able to open the site and log in with ease...site's "look and feel" is far superior to the older one.  I did use the link provided by agentsmith, thanks.

Worked for me; name, password, product, serial number, order history all there. Site look is fine by me but perhaps a bit graphics/ video heavy, which may make things feel a bit slow to respond. Personally I like a calmer entry and arrival screen, but no big deal.

I much prefer the old format, but had no trouble logging in and accessing my saved configurations.

Just tried it again, and it seems to be working OK now - it was certainly a shambles earlier on today Confused.

Reset worked for me now, too.

But everything in french, although I had Englisch before log in.

I need my password resetting, been trying for hours, now locked out for 24hrs, will try again tomorrow as Devialet Support now closed.

This happened on a day I redid my rack, swapped positions of the Master/Companion in order to accommodate a move from RCA-RCA to RCA-AES etc etc, and now I can't run Configurator  Angry
Innuos Statement, D1000 Pro CI, Shunyata Denali, Alpha v2, Delta v2 and Venom NR12 power cords, Sigma v1 speaker cables, Omega USB, PMC IB2se, Townshend Isolation Podiums.

Marantz SR7012, OPPO BDP 105D, PMC OB1s (Rears), PMC Twenty C (Centre).
