I am trying to use the D200 essentially as a streamer using Air over ethernet. However when I connect the Digital Out (SPDIF) connection to another DAC I can't seem to get a proper lock the bit rate keeps changing from 24 to 23. The sound is distorted, it does not matter which sample rate I use (48,96,192). Is this a fault in the unit? I fail to understand why Devialet would give a Digital Output (SPDIF) as an option if it does not work with other DAC's.
