AIR will not enable - no sound

Dear all, 

Last week I could play tidal via my windows pc, air 3.0.4 to my 220 Pro (with Core Inf.) using Air. Then there was a windows upgrade on my computer.

I'm now not able to enable air in the toolbar. The 220 Pro showes up (under the "disable"-alternative), but I'm not able to click on it to enable it.

Tidal is dedicated to stream to Devialet Air. When cheking in windows, the sound is actively beeing sent to/in the Devialet app. I have checked the fire wall. There is just no sound beeing transmitted from the pc to the 220 Pro. 

What am I doing wrong? How can I "enable" Air in the toolbar? All help is welcome.  Smile

I had the same problem where the device is grayed out in AIR, and for me the problem was solved if I unplugged the Devialet completely from the wall and then pack in again. So basically a hard reset. Try that Smile

I occasionally have the same problem. My Ethernet cable seems to be a little slim on the fit. It need to be reinserted to bring it back. I’m using a Wireworld Ethernet cable.
