AIR works perfectly, no white noise, no dropouts or stuttering

I use 10.7.5, Air 2.1.2 and connect a 2008 MacBook Pro directly via Ethernet to the Dev. Never had an issue, except if a change of bit rate was somehow not received by the Dev. Just played the song again and presto!

I use a Macbook Pro (2014) 10.10.4 by WLAN to an Apple Extreme by ethernet to the Expert.

With 10.10.4 I got an improvement, but still not free of white noise (and dropouts).

Anyone tried to stream DoP wirelessly? I was able to stream up to 24/192 but not with DoP. My D200 has been updated to 8.1.2.
