Yes, you can. In the Spotify app there's any option to stream to a Spotify Connect enabled device. You'll find your Phantom there.

Phantom should be connected to the router via ethernet cable right?

no need to configure in dialog for spotify connect?

Spotify should be connected to your network, either via wifi or ethernet. You don't need Dialog for a single Phantom.

The following is the Devialet website guideline to using Spotify Connect.

The upgrade they refer to is the Phantom firmware 1.6.0.0. You can skip these steps if your Phantom is already at this level.

Yes, it is.  The update is performed from within the Spark software, as per the following
