EQ Curve Firmware Fix?

I’m sure most of you have seen this review. It is just brutal but seems pretty spot on:

Does anyone know if Devialet addressed or is planning to address this heavily sloped EQ curve in firmware updates? This is a consistent complaint everywhere I look online. Not sure why they wouldn’t want to correct it?

Regarding the review, it is not so bad as it sounds.
It is very dependend on your room. In mine it works fairly fine. Further it depends on the content. Some design their content with too much bass/effect to make sound on usual TV better.
But in most cases it is not bad. Best is you try it.
Still - as mentioned in another thread here - I am really pissed the do not listen to customer and poor on software development.
Even small technical software issues, like auto off, power button in the app, etc are still not fixed.
