HDMI in stereo only
#1
Hi,

On the Devialet application, selecting HDMI only stereo is displayed.
DTS is correct via optic, cables and source are ok.
TV shows DTS on the HDMI 2 (Freebox pop) but only stereo on Arc HDMI 1 (Devialet).
Could be due to my TV (8 years old but with ARC) and should I try a HDMI splitter?

Thank you for your experience.

The Dione does not support DTS, you need to let the TV decode DTS and forward it via LPCM to the Dione.

I don't think his TV will decode DTS - the Box should decode and forward LPCM to the TV and if lucky the TV will properly passthrough.
In worst case he needs an HDMI switch with audio extractor
