Music via bluetooths spontaneously drops off

Good morning,

Just got my Gold Phantom and while connected via bluetooth, the sound spontaneously drops off and start again all in space of less than a seconds...I thigh that might be interruption on receiving whatsapp or emails ...set my phone of do not disturb and still same effect...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, using Gold Phantom as a remote BT speaker is possible, but you are losing more than half its potential.

Try to stream using Roon by installing it on your home PC or laptop and then use Roon remote app to control music. You will be surprised

You may be getting interference foremother BT devices. Try turning off all other BT devices and see if that helps. I would think that wireless streaming via wifi would be better if you can do that.
