If you use an internet box, I would recommend a cheap managed switch mainly because you can create Vlan (something you can do with a pro router)

I'm glad to read your feedback.
On my side after several tests I never detected a better sound quality.
Right now i'm connected over PLC.

Absolutely not.
I use a Netgear GS105Ev2.
Frankly, i became skeptical with hardware labelled "for Audio device".
Most of network devices already have a noise filter.
a Linear power supply seems important but I'm wondering if the Phantom Gold worth such an extra investment.
