Roon supports Devialet AIR
#41
Are you comparing exactly the same versions of albums between Tidal and Qobuz?
Is all DSP disabled in Roon, and exclusive and integer mode set?

I'm surprised there's a difference especially since both are going via AIR.

Thanks, Yes Sir, avoiding Tidal Masters.
Bye the way using Roon for my hires files is really delightful, better than with foobar....

So for now I only can say I'm a little disappointed with tidal 16/44 streaming.
Will take more time to listen.

Ha!  Good spot.  I wonder if the "angelic (looking) Rob Darling" will now be taken outside and shot for NDA infringements? Confused

I am sure he will be fine, he looks so innocent!  Smile

He does indeed look very innocent!  Although I do love the phrase the "angelic (looking) Rob Darling", which holds the unwritten implication that although he looks cute, he is in fact evil personified.  Although for the record, from what I have seen of him on the Roon forum he does appear to be a very decent kind of chap.

Waiting for ROON ROCK OS, waiting for the new streamer board, waiting for the ROON ROCK NUC hardware profile, waiting to see if ROCK will support AIR....sheesh!  What's a poor boy to do?
