devialet gold with remote and mac portable, sound go down

Hello everybody,
I have a little question with the Devialet Gold + devialet remote, using on a mac laptop
maybe one of you have an idea ... 

The level of the sound is going down (level 0) , each time we putting "pause" on a video, (youtube, vlc, safari  etc etc)
we need increase volume again each time ... do you have any idea why the volume don't stay at same level ?

Are you pressing pause on the Devialet remote? This is the same as mute I think. If not, no idea.

Are you connect to the phantom via bluetooth? It could be related to how Devialet implemented their bluetooth integration...
