Do you mean the "erase setup" from the spark settings menu?
I did that a few times already.
Or is there a deeper factory reset possible?

Unplug the Phantom, wait for 30 sec, plug in, wait for 30 sec, press the button on the back x3, wait until the space sounds starts and do the setup procedure again.

I did that, nothing changed....
Then i did the 4 x on/off Dialog reset.... that worked... now the dialog is 1.9 firmware
When i did the setup again it warned me the phantoms and the dialog are not the same firmware, but i still didn't get the update message in Spark.
phantoms are still 1.7
