Curiously, the icon looks exactly the same as the underpants that I am wearing today. What does this mean?

It means they're too big as your dangly bits seem to have slipped out, at least we know which side you dress on now
Mac mini -> Roon ->Devialet expert pro 1000 via Roon Air Ethernet, Chord Signature Digital Tuned Array, Clearaudio Champion Level 2, Dynavector DV-20X2L, Focal Sopra 2, Transparent Musicwave super speaker cables.
I see that the AIR at the bottom of your photograph is in Orange colour, usually active inputs turn white. Do you think this is just a question of waiting for the firmware/new configurator to catch up with the boards?
I voted, though I prefer the word "update" to "upgrade" for any such modification
A lot of (non Devialet) software updates I get are not upgrades at all and some have been functional downgrades - iTunes for example has been going downhill ever since the iCloud started for my use of it.

I'll look into it, and indeed not sure if it implies that anything is inactive. I agree with others that the little circular display is becoming a little busy where before it was minimalist and elegant, with the slightly silly ethernet icon and "Air" now presented twice. I don't stare at the amp while listening to music either, but then I also didn't make this purchase for it being an eyesore...!

The underpants friends on this thread will be pleased to know that the new beta release of the Devialet firmware removes the underpants icon. It's now completely naked, as it were...

Damn. I was enjoying dressing like a Devialet, it made me very happy. I will need to 'go commando' from now on.
