Phantom II Custom 5.0 surround system experience and suggestions

I've just got two Phantom II Customs - but one of them isn't working. It gets an IP but I can't access the web interface. Does anyone know how to factory reset these?

Hi booshtukka, factory reset of Phantom II Custom can be done by pressing more than 7 seconds on the power button. You should have in mind that Phantom II Custom could have two IP addresses, one the webpage (Devialet Configuration) and one for Audio Over IP (Dante / AES67). So if you try to access to the web page via the Dante IP address, this is not going to work. You can use an IP scanner like Advanced IP Scanner (for windows) or Fing (windows or other platform) to find the right IP. A tips : Devialet Mac Address starts with : 7C:C4:EF  ... and the Dante Mac Address starts with :  00:1D:C1 ...
