Error opening Spark in Win7

I downloaded the latest driver for my laptop's videocard in the manufacturers website (asus). Installed it and still has error in opening spark.
Downloaded and installed the one in intel's website as well but it couldnt install because it said it wasn't compatible with my machine. |
