The WoW moments

Not really knowing where to post this thread and possibly leaning a bit out the window, I just wanted to reflect on what I can't better describe as the WoW moments ...

Something I just experienced as I  took the time this evening to sit back and really listen to my system and music. The WoW moment for me is the state where one listens closely and hears things one maybe never heard before (or took notice), really almost becoming enveloped in sound, and the (yes) beauty of music. I really can't put the feeling in words, but when it happens I think it is absolutely fantastic. For me, that's what makes this hobby worth every minute.

You might feel that I am getting a bit carried away (no mind altering drugs at play here .. , but I am curious if others also experience something similar?

Hi baconbrain, I'm full of you! sometimes I just want to listen to something, but then "wow" comes the next song and so it goes on. A look at the clock, already three hours have passed. It does not matter, its fun.
