Every hifi component will break down eventually but typically any problem will usually show up early in its life and covered by warranty. When I contact Support, Devialet response is good. Spark can be better but it is due to be replaced by the end of the year. Yes, there are many complaints about the lack of updates and no roadmap, especially from the Expert Pro owners. However, my Phantoms are working well and I am not using Roon (another source of complaints).
