I have Phantoms back in my life! :) How does low latency affect sound quality?

Latency is just for the optical inputs, so it shouldn't affect Tidal/UPnP/Airplay. I don't think it affects the quality of the sound, just stability (like maybe, more desyncs in low latency?). I use the inputs with low latency and haven't noticed much difference with high latency.

I get occasional desync stereo since DOS 2.9.0, but switching to high latency hasn't fixed that either…
