Dialog recall action

Just got this email from Devialet. They will recall my Dialog. I'm one of the early adapters who couldn't use the Dialog at all because of the not yet activated USB connection. I wanted to use it as a streamer bridge for my 250. Apparently something is wrong with the early model.

We have decided to replace your old DIALOG to improve the overall function and synchronisation of your PHANTOM setup.
You will receive your new DIALOG in the next few days and we will inform you on how to return in the simplest way your current DIALOG.
