USB on Dialog, what is it for?

Or others similar. Just use the players optical out to the Dialog or Phantom. The Blusound etc will identify your NAS network shares and stream the music to your Dialog. If you have Roon on your laptop/desktop it will aggregate all your computer and NAS music and add all the metadata, and you can AirPlay or Ethernet it to an Apple TV V2 optical out to the Dialog or Phantoms.

If you're on a Windows platform you can simply add the path to your NAS in Spark.

BUT, this path will be wrong defined in the Registration Database (I reported this error to Devialet and they say that it will be fixed in one of the coming Spark updates).

But ofcourse you can change this definition with the Regedit program and Now you can select your artist or albums directly in Spark.

It is a very rudimentary selection option, but it works. So you don't have to wait for the complete DLNA solution which Devialet promised us a long time ago.

See the 3 pictures.
