From Devialet Tech Support: How Phantom, Dialog & Wifi Router communicate

Thanks.  Mine say Ethernet next to the phantoms and nothing next to dialog.  Both phantoms and dialog are connected to an 8 port gigabit switch that is run to my router in a different room.  Everything else connected to that switch works flawlessly including streaming video at 1080p from plex server from Xbox One.  Maybe I'll try switching Ethernet cables but since it worked fairly well for weeks I'd be suprised if that's the issue. Or I'll try eliminating the Ethernet cables from the phantoms and see what happens.
