Is obviously unacceptable that many customers have had problems with AIR. You have to remember that a lot of people use a separate streamer and don't care about AIR and then,of course, and I'm nervous about saying this, there are quite a few people who use AIR - particularly AIR3 and don't have any problems - Cue a troll
