Tried the default config. and made sure that the remote is enabled in custom config. Still no joy.
Are there any new RF emitting devices in your house? I found that a certain brand of universal remotes that used RF interfered with the Devialet. I would turn off all RF emitting devices and see if that helps.
I eventually had a replacement Devialet sent to me. I bought one of the first 170s and was told there was a hardware issue with the first few 170 remotes.
