I think that is a reasonable offer given he is buying used, although relatively new, equipment. I assume your Phantoms are in mint shape as well. You could ask for more if there's no yellowing yet

The yellowing is easily removed with a microfiber cloth and some ordinary window cleaning spray. That is what Devialet recommended when I asked them. Works like a charm.
