new slim IEC for Devialet

I in person find this intresting as some say that 12AWG is not enough this is almost 3.5sqmm a normal home in Sweden has 1.5sqmm with 10A fuse in a normal outlet. If you dont have a custom powersupply to the hifi what benefit of having more than 3.5sqmm will this give, if you plug it in a normal outlet in your house?

I have a 10sqmm power supply all the way from the powercompanys meterbox to my rack and I have tried out different powercables and have found the guage of the cables to play very little roll in the sound more the quality of the connectors and how the cable is made have made a bigger difference to the sound.

This is purley my thougts so dont go bananas over me questioning the need for more than 3.5sqmm for a single Devialet amps powercable that is perhaps around 1m long.....to me the quality of the cable and connector is more important than the guage.
