Glad you think so. That was my thoughts and hopes when I copied it over to this forum.
The cable maker was a straight shooter type,and didn’t really try and influence my decision. I don’t know if any of you frequent the audiogon forum (where I found my D200 btw), but I found the cable maker on their forums. His user name is grannyring, and he sells under the name “acoustic bbq”. I’m not crazy about the name, but his reviews are stellar and his prices are hard to beat. If the cables are 1/2 as good as his reviewers claim, then I will be very satisfied.

He’s making me a similar power cord to the one listed in the link, but with a furutech slim body that will fit under the devialet cover. He’s also making me a set of speaker cables with the same Duelund 12 gauge Oil impregnated wire. I’ve heard good things but have no experience.im taking a leap of faith really, but the cost was minimum comparatively speaking and if by some chance I don’t like it, I can easily resell on audiogon for what it cost me.
