My 2 cents:
Get a fanless NUC with ROCK.
Nucleus is just a fancy version of a fanless NUC in a somewhat nicer case and with a significant markup.
I would caution against Audiolinux in this use case (search for Audiolinux in the Roon support forum to read some of the challenges experienced).
I am on my second fanless NUC (went from a core i5 / 16GB ram / 120 GB SSD to a core i7 / 16gb Ram / 250 GB ssd) and both have worked flawlessly, for 1/3 of the price of the equivalent Nucleus config.
