It might also be worth asking Roon support about this. [ETA: I see you posted on the Roon forum as well - hopefully Roon support may chime in.]

Could this be something to do with multicast support on the Draytek?  It probably has options to control IGMP proxy and/or IGMP snooping, both of which are mentioned in Roon's Networking Best Practices document.
