Ethernet streaming and occasional white noise on Windows
I noticed when I was using Fidelizer that on more extreme settings it looks like it locks the NIC at a slow speed. Presumably they think this gives a benefit? I haven't look too closely (in fact I haven't really looked into it at all as I'm very lazy) but I'm guessing it may even lock the NIC at 10Mbps?
