Ethernet streaming and occasional white noise on Windows
(30-Nov-2014, 00:03)AlexS Wrote: Is this a consistent pattern for you: about one (or so) hour of music before the noise with the HD format, and over 2 hours with 16/44? One day they may have a revelation.

Exactly. It is an accumulative overflow in HD which dissipates for a while after you switch back to 16/44.1 but builds up again on return to HD.

Probably more speedy, in my experience, using wifi rather than ethernet.

Even if you disable all wifi sources and wifi via the configurator and make things as minimal as possible, it is still there after 3 or 4 hours in HD using ethernet, in my experience.
