Hi Axel,
If you do not want a Christmas tree (like the Mutec) inside your rack, you can try this one : http://www.artistic-fidelity.de/index.php/de/afis. It comes in two versions : one large (AFIS = 4 inputs) and expensive (1'950 EUR) and one small (AFI = 1 USB input) at a smaller price (1'170 EUR). Those prices include EU VAT.

*progear, who is a sound professional (works for a recording studio), owns a Mutec MC-3+USB, called it a game changer (http://www.computeraudiophile.com/f6-dac...post514038 and http://www.computeraudiophile.com/f6-dac...post514134).

I never had the opportunity to listen to it yet, so I do not have any personal opinion on it.
