Zorbon, sadly the response you got is about as good as anyone gets from Devialet re AIR issues, and we suspect the only thing they're actually working on is a strategy for how long they can avoid the issue by saying 'they're working on it'.Either that, or they corralled together a couple of giraffes and a zebra (no offence to either), threw a ZX Spectrum and a book of 'how to write your first Basic code' at them, and told them to report in when they had a working solution…..
On the bright side, I'm certain that there are some good pointers already on this site for your issues, but I don't use Windows so will wait for someone else to chime in. Meantime, don't give up with support, keep hounding them even if they ignore you (like they do me - "we'll discuss with our engineers and get back to you"….. silence…. months pass…"hello, anyone there?"…. silence… repeat….). Also, would recommend people post such questions on their Facebook page, since Devialet are very image conscious.
